2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
We’re pleased to invite you to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held both in-person and virtually.
Whether you plan to attend on-site or online, please register using the link below — all registrations will be managed through the Zoom platform.

On the traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm people
Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club
4300 SW Marine Drive
Vancouver, BC V6N 4A6
Schedule:
Registration: 11:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
AGM: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (approximately)
Virtual Attendance
The virtual AGM will run from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (approximately).
Instructions and login details will be sent to all registered participants closer to the meeting date.

Meeting materials have been sent to all Chiefs via email.

🚗 Logistics & Travel
Timing of AGM
Our AGM has been scheduled the day before the BC Cabinet & First Nations Leaders’ Gathering (November 4–5, 2025) to help attendees save on travel costs.
If your community is sending a delegate to the Leaders’ Gathering (other than the Chief), they may be named as your proxy by completing and returning the Proxy Form.
Travel Subsidy
A $250 travel subsidy will be provided to the first 40 Partners who register and attend in person.
Payments will be made directly to the respective First Nation following the AGM.
Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle will run between Vancouver Convention Center and the Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club (return trip). Max riders - 55 people
Pick up at Vancouver Convention Center (Cactus Club side) at 11am
Return to Vancouver Convention Center at approximately 3pm (on time for the reception

If you’re unable to attend, please complete a Proxy Form to ensure your vote is counted.
You may choose to name a proxy or leave the proxy name blank — your vote will still be cast according to your instructions.
